The CELDT program requires the development of new test items for each annual test edition. Educational Data Systems will provide opportunities for educators to participate in the test development process through item writing, item content and bias reviews, and anchor pulling and scoring sessions.

The California Department of Education and Educational Data Systems were seeking California educators with experience and expertise in English language development to serve on two review panels: the CELDT Content Review Panel and the CELDT Bias and Sensitivity Review Panel.
