2016–17 Superintendent’s Designation of CELDT District Coordinator Online Form.
The window to submit the 2016–17 Edition Superintendent’s Designation of CELDT District Coordinator Authorization Request is now open. Access the online form by logging on to the secure District Portal and selecting the Superintendent’s Designation of CELDT District Coordinator Authorization Request 2016–17 Edition(SDF) link.In order to receive the 2016–17 Edition Initial Order test materials shipment, submit this form no later than Friday, April 1, 2016. Passwords will be reset and sent on July 1, 2016 to the designated 2016–17 Edition CELDT District Coordinator.This form must be completed annually even if there is no change in the CELDT District Coordinator.
2015–16 Superintendent’s Designation of CELDT District Coordinator Online Form.
To change the current 2015–16 Edition CELDT District Coordinator or update the contact information, including the district’s shipping and billing address used through June 30, 2016, submit a Superintendent’s Designation of CELDT District Coordinator Authorization Request 2015–16 Edition(SDF) online by logging on to the secure district portal.
2015–16 Edition Secure Materials Destruction.
The Secure Materials Destruction Window is open Monday, May 23 through Friday, July 22, 2016. 2015–16 Edition Additional Orders.
The 2015–16 Edition Additional Order Window closes on Friday, June 17, 2016. An additional order may be placed through the secure District Portal once each month.
2016–17 Edition Pre-Identification (Pre-ID) Window.
The 2016–17 Edition Pre-ID Window opens Friday, June 3, 2016.Review the Pre-ID Services Webpage for information about purchasing labels and file submission requirements and to download the 2016–17 Pre-ID User Guide and the 2016–17 Pre-ID Data File Layout.
2015–16 Edition Pre-Identification Extended Window.
Pre-Identification (Pre-ID) labels are available year-round. Prices and fees for files submitted during this window and information about providing a new purchase order, and the printing schedule are available on the Pre-ID Services Web page.
2016–17 Edition Initial Ordering Window.
The 2016–17 Edition Initial Ordering Window will open Friday, March 11, 2016 and close Friday, April 1, 2016. All districts must submit an Initial Order to receive test materials during the Initial Order test materials shipment window this spring (May through June, 2016). If an order is not submitted during the Initial Ordering Window, the next opportunity to place an Initial Order will be July 1, 2016.
2016–17 Edition Initial Order Test Materials Overages and Shortages.
Report overages, shortages, or incorrect receipt of materials for your entire district to the CELDT Customer Support Center Monday, May 23 through Monday, August 22, 2016.
2016–17 Edition CELDT Scoring Training of Trainers (STOT) Workshops.
STOT workshop registration will open on Wednesday, February 24, 2016.Registration priority for the 2016–17 STOT workshops will be given to CELDT district trainers who have never attended a STOT workshop. CELDT district trainers who have previously attended a STOT workshop must fulfill the 2016–17 training requirement by either completing the online training presentations and quizzes in the Moodle Training Site or attending a regional workshop. The dates and locations for the statewide and regional 2016 STOT workshops are posted on the Workshop Locations Web page.
2015–16 Edition Annual Assessment (AA) Window Summary Reports.
As a reminder, due to the CALPADS merge process and the later Data Review Module Window, the AA Window Summary Reports will not be shipped to districts until later this summer.
2015–16 Edition Local Scoring Tool (LST).
The LST is now available. Use this calculation tool to prepare a Preliminary Local Student Score Report for students who take the CELDT as an Initial Assessment (IA). The LST is available via the Quick Links section on this Web page.
On-Your-Own Shipping (i.e., districts shipping scorable documents via their own carrier without using the online scorable Request a Pickup application) is not necessary unless the shipping deadlines for the close of the Annual Assessment or Initial Assessment windows are not met (October and June administration months). If the deadline for placing a Request for Pickup for October and/or June is missed, District Coordinators may ship test materials using a traceable carrier at the district’s expense.
