The California English Language Development Test (CELDT) Web site is an informational hub for CELDT District and Site Coordinators for all things related to the administration and implementation of the CELDT. Updates and Reminders
2016–17 Superintendent’s Designation of CELDT District Coordinator.
To designate 2016–17 Edition CELDT District Coordinator, log on to the CELDT District Portal and select the Superintendent’s Designation of CELDT District Coordinator Authorization Request 2016–17 Edition link near the top of the page. New districts must contact the CELDT Customer Support Center to obtain a form.
2016–17 Edition Initial Order Test Materials.
Districts that did not submit an Initial Order for testing materials in the spring can do so at this time. To place an Initial Order, access the secure District Portal and select the Order Management link.
2016–17 Edition Additional Ordering Window.
The Additional Ordering Window is now open. Districts may place one Additional Order through the secure District Portal each month. A $45 processing fee will be charged for each subsequent order in the month. Allow 5–7 business days for processing. Report overages and shortages for these shipments within two weeks of receipt.
2016–17 Edition Initial Order Test Materials Overages and Shortages.
Report overages, shortages, or incorrect receipt of materials for your entire district to the CELDT Customer Support Center Monday, May 23 through Monday, August 22, 2016.
2016–17 Edition Pre-Identification (Pre-ID) Regular Window.
The Pre-ID Regular is now open through Friday, September 16, 2016. Review the Pre-ID Services Web page for information about purchasing labels, file submission requirements, and downloading the Pre-ID User Guide and Pre-ID Data File Layout.
2015–16 Edition Annual Assessment (AA) Window Summary Reports.
Due to the CALPADS merge process and the later Data Review Module Window, the AA Window Summary Reports will not be shipped to districts until later this summer.
2016–17 Edition Local Scoring Tool (LST).
The LST is now available. Use this calculation tool to prepare a Preliminary Local Student Score Report for students who take the CELDT as an Initial Assessment (IA). The LST is available via the Quick Links section on the CELDT Web Site.
