Local Scoring Tool
The Local Scoring Tool (LST) is a Web-based application that calculates CELDT raw scores, scale scores, and performance levels. This application can be used on commonly available Internet browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) to quickly and easily score the CELDT at the local level.
The 2011–12 Edition of the software can:
- Export calculated scale scores and performance levels into a spreadsheet for use by LEAs (CSV format)
- Produce a printable Preliminary Student Performance Level Report
Tips for Using the Local Scoring Tool (PDF – 60KB – 4pp), the LST Tutorial (WebEx) and LST Tutorial Transcript (PDF – 48KB – 3pp), and an LST Excel Template (XLS – 22KB) are available to assist districts in using this dynamic tool.
Important: Use the LST only for the 2011–12 Edition of the CELDT.
The 2010–11 Edition of the LST is no longer available.
Note: The Local Scoring Tool cannot be used with the Braille Version of the CELDT.
