Local Scoring Tool

The Local Scoring Tool (LST) is a web-based application that calculates raw scores, scale scores and performance levels for the CELDT program. This program can be used on the most commonly available Internet browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Foxfire, Safari) in order to quickly and easily score the CELDT.

The 2009-10 Edition of the software can:

  • Export the calculated scale scores and performance levels into a spreadsheet for use by the LEAs (csv format)
  • Produce a printable individual score report, called a Local Preliminary Score Report

Note: This tool can not be used for the Reading and Writing domains for grades K and 1 because there are no scale scores for these domains and grades. Paper Student Score sheets are available in the K-1 Reading and Writing Examiner's Manual/Scoring Guide for use in recording the student's raw scores.
